INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Maintain full oversight of all stock movements within the warehouse using our comprehensive inventory management system.
Receiving, handling, selecting, and packing.
Once your products arrive at the warehouse, they enter a carefully crafted warehouse management system that monitors every movement from arrival to final delivery, ensuring transparency and optimal efficiency.
This customized warehouse management IT system includes batch control, FIFO/FEFO functionalities, and pick-and-pack processes. It is updated in real time and provides general reporting capabilities, along with web-based system integration and wireless communication.
The warehouse management system features three key components for verifying, picking, and packing the correct inventory to fulfill orders:
1. A handheld scanning system for identifying and verifying product units: This system is integrated with the warehouse management system and includes an alarm function to prevent errors, updating in real time through a web-based platform.
2. A light-indicating digital allocation system: Ideal for bulk picking and point-of-sale replenishment, it consists of an electronic panel for each point-of-sale, accompanied by an LED readout that displays the allocation quantity.
3. A pick-by-voice system: Designed for individual point-of-sale picking, warehouse operators wear headsets that guide them to shelf locations. Voice confirmation from the operator ensures accurate handling by using a combination of location code, product code, and expiry date.
